REGULATION ( EEC) No 1029/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 16 April 1973 closing the standing invitation to tender for white sugar opened by the new Member States pursuant to Regulation (EEC) No 622/73

Having regard to Council Regulation No 1009/ 67/ EEC (3 ) of 18 December 1967 on the common Article 1 organization of the market in sugar, as last amended The standing invitation to tender provided for in by Regulation (EEC) No 174/73 (4), and in particular Regulation (EEC) No 622/73 is hereby closed. Article 9 (8 ) thereof ;

Whereas, Commission Regulation (EEC) No Article 2 622/ 73 (5) of 1 March 1973 on the opening by the new Member States of a standing invitation to tender This Regulation shall enter into force on 19 April 1973 . for the purpose of determining denaturing premiums

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
