REGULATION (EEC) No 1031 /73 OF THE COMMISSION

amending the amounts by which the 'monetary' compensatory amounts are to be adjusted

Whereas the 'monetary' compensatory amounts were Article 1 fixed by Commission Regulation (EEC) No 649/73 (5), of 1 March 1973 fixing the 'monetary' compensatory amounts, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No The amounts by which the 'monetary' compensatory 974/73 (6) of 6 April 1973 ; amounts are to be adjusted pursuant to Article 6 of Regulation (EEC) No 648/73 are hereby fixed as Whereas Article 4a (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 974/ shown in the Annexes . 71 , which specifies that in trade between the Member States and in trade with third countries the com Article 2 pensatory amounts applicable as a result of the depreciation of the currency concerned cannot be higher than the charge on imports from third This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of countries , is not taken into account when these its publication in the Official Journal of the European compensatory amounts are fixed; Communities . It shall apply from 9 April 1973 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
