REGULATION (EEC) No 1087 /73 OF THE COMMISSION of 26 April 1973 amending the Annex to Regulation No 199/67/EEC fixing the coefficients for calculating levies on derived poultrymeat products

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN 1967 fixing, the coefficients for calculating the levies COMMUNITIES , on derived poultrymeat products, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1007/68(6) of 19 July 1968 , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European which classified halves and quarters of ducks as Economic Community ; deriving from '70 % ducks' ; Having regard to Council Regulation No 123/ Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation 67/ EEC ( 1 ) of 13 June 1967 on the Common organiza­ are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ tion of the market in poultrymeat, as last amended by ment Committee for Eggs and Poultrymeat ; the Act (2) concerning the conditions of Accession and the Adjustments to the Treaties, and in particular Article 5 (3) thereof ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Whereas Council Regulation No 146/67/EEC (3) of 21 June 1967, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 988/73 (4), laid down rules for calculating the levy and Article 1 sluice-gate price for poultrymeat and whereas the last mentioned Regqlation added the description '63 % In column 4 of the Annex to Regulation No 199/ ducks' to the Annexes to Regulation No 146/67/EEC 67/EEC the description '70 % ducks' appearing in for ducks which are plucked and drawn and without respect of unboned (bone in) halves or quarters of heads, feet, hearts, livers and gizzards and whereas ducks under subheading 02.02 B II a) 2 of the halves and quarters of ducks under subheading 02.02 Common Customs Tariff is replaced by '63 % ducks'. B II a) 2 of the Common Customs Tariff are derived from ducks falling within this description ; Article 2 Whereas it is therefore necessary to amend the Annex to Commission Regulation 199/67/EEC (5) of 28 June This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 May 1973.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
