REGULATION ( EEC ) No 1116/73 OF THE COMMISSION

of 11 April 1973

fixing the minimum prices for exports to third countries of corms, bulbs and tubers of begonias, dahlias, gladioli and sinningias

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN prices should be varied according to country of COMMUNITIES, destination, marketing conditions and size;

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Whereas the measures provided by the present European Economic Community ; Regulation are in conformity with the advice of the Management Committee for live trees and other plants, bulbs, roots and the like, cut flowers and Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 234/68 (') of 27 February 1968 on the establishment ornamental foliage ; of a common organization of the market in live trees and other plants, bulbs, roots and the like, cut HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : flowers and ornamental foliage, and in particular Article 7 ( 1 ) thereof ; Article 1

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1767/ The minimum prices for the export year 1 June 1973 68 (2 ) of 6 November 1968 on the system of minimum to 31 May 1974 are hereby fixed, for each product, prices for exports to third countries of flowering as shown in the Annex . corms, bulbs and tubers, as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 688 /72 (3) of 28 March 1972, provides that the minimum export prices for the Article 2 species in question must be fixed each year and are applicable to products harvested in the year following This Regulation shall enter into force on the third that in which they were fixed ; whereas, for the day following its publication in the Official Journal export year 1 June 1973 to 31 May 1974, these of the European Communities .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
