REGULATION (EEC) No 1326/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 21 May 1973 altering the refunds on white sugar and raw sugar exported in the natural state

Whereas, if the refund system is to operate normally, refunds should be calculated on the basis of an ex­ Article 2 change rate which is based, in the case of currencies which are floating or whose central rate differs from This Regulation shall enter into force on 22 May the official parity, on the effective rate or the central 1973 .
