REGULATION (EEC) No 1477/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 4 June 1973 withdrawal of any sugar lots concerned by the tender referred to in Regulation (EEC) No 1101/73

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regula­ COMMUNITIES, tion are in accordance with the Opinion of the Management Committee for Sugar ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Euro­ pean Economic Community ;

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation No 1009/67/ EEC (1 ) of 18 December 1967 on the common organization of the market in sugar, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 174/73 (2), and in particular Article 1 Article 10 ( 3 ) ; The lots B 9 to B 26 should be withdrawn from the Annex of Regulation (EEC) No 1101/73 . Whereas the French intervention agency, under a tender, sales for export of white sugar it holds in accordance with Commission Regulation (EEC ) No Article 2 1101/73 (3) of 26 April 1973 on a standing invitation to tender for the sale for export of white sugar held In derogation from Article 4 (3 ) of Regulation by the French intervention agency as amended by (EEC) No 258/72 the amendment to the relevant, Regulation ( EEC) No 1219/73 (4) ; whereas having notice of invitation to tender shall be published in regard in particular to sugar supplies situation of the Official Journal of the European Communities certain regions of the Community, it seems desirable • in 5 june 1973 . to withdraw from the tender in question any lots of sugar ; Article 3 Whereas appropriate measures should be taken so that the lots in question may be drawn back as soon This Regulation shall enter into force on 5 June as possible ; 1973 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
