Whereas it is therefore necessary, in accordance with Article 3 the provisions of Regulation (EEC) No 240/73 , to refix, with effect from that date, the compensatory This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1973.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
