altering the Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 1465/73 as regards the differential amounts for colza and rape seed

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Article 1 1569/72 (4) of 20 July 1972 laying down special measures for colza and rape seed, as last amended The Annex to Commission Regulation (EEC ) No by Regulation (EEC) No 1356/73 (5), and in parti­ 1465/73 of 30 May 1973 is replaced by the Annex cular Article 3 thereof ; to this Regulation .

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC ) No Article 2 1464/73 (6) of 30 May 1973 laid down detailed rules of application for Regulation (EEC) No This Regulation shall enter into force on 25 June 1569/72 : whereas the differential amounts are 1973 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
