REGULATION (EEC) No 1727/73 OF THE COUNCIL of 28 June 1973 amending for the sixth time Regulation (EEC) No 1599/71 laying down addi­ tional conditions with which imported wines for direct human consumption must comply

Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ; Article 1 Whereas Regulation (EEC) No 1599/71 (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 882/73 (4), laid In Article 4 of Regulation (EEC) No 1599/71 : '1 July down the additional conditions with which imported 1973 shall be replaced by '1 October' 1973 . wines intended for direct human consumption must comply ; whereas it is provided, in Article 4 of that Article 2 Regulation, that these additional conditions will be applied from 1 July 1973 ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1973.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
