REGULATION (EEC) No 1747/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 29 June 1973 fixing the export levies on starch products

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION ; Article 2 Article 1 The export levies provided for in Article 2 (2) of This Regulation shall enter into force on 30 June Regulation No 371/67/EEC are hereby fixed as 1973 . It shall apply from 30 June 1973 for starch shown in the Table annexed to this Regulation for products derived from maize and from 2 July 1973 the products listed therein. for starch products derived from soft wheat.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
