(') Where durum wheat originating in Morocco is transported directly from that country to the Community , the levy is reduced by 0-50 u.a. /metric t<3n . (') Where maize originating in the AASM and OCT is imported into the French Overseas Departments , the levy in reduced by 6 u.a. /metric ton . (a) Where maize originating in Tanzania , Uganda and Kenya is imported into the Community, the levy is reduced by 1 u.a. /metric ton . (') Where wheat and canary seed produced in Turkey are transported directly from that country to the Community, the levy is reduced by 0-50 u.a. /metric ton . (') The import levy charged on rye produced in Turkey and transported directly from that country to the Community is laid down in Council Regulation (EEC) No 1234/71 and Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2622/71 .
