'Unseparated calf forequarters', for the purposes of subheading 02.01 A II a ) 1 aa) 22 : the whole of the front part of a calf carcase comprising all the bones and the scrag neck and shoulder, with a maximum of eight pairs of ribs and a minimum of four pairs of ribs with or without the thin flank . These cuts must be of the typical light colour of veal and weigh not more than 60 kilogrammes ; F. 'Separated calf forequarters', for the purposes of subheading 02.01 A II a ) 1 aa ) 22 : the front part of a calf half-carcase comprising all the bones and the scrag, neck and shoulder, with a maximum of eight ribs and a minimum of four ribs with or without the thin flank. These cuts must be of the typical light colour of veal and weigh not more than 30 kilogrammes ;
2 . The following paragraph N is added to additional note 1 in Chapter 2 of the Common Customs Tariff : ' N. In determining the number of whole or cut ribs referred to in paragraphs E to L , only those attached to the backbone shall be taken into consideration .'
