Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No Article 2 2300/73 (5) of 23 August 1973 laid down detailed rules of application for Regulation (EEC) No 1569/72 ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 17 whereas the components used to calculate the differen­ September 1973 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
