REGULATION (EEC) No 2526/ 73 OF THE COMMISSION of 17 September 1973 altering Regulation (EEC) No 2515/73 determining the world market price for colza and rape seed

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the world market price for colza and rape COMMUNITIES, seed was fixed by Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2515/73 (6) of 14 September 1973 ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Whereas the Netherlands Government has decided to Economic Community ; raise the central rate for the Dutch guilder ; whereas Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/ the rate for converting guilders into units of account 66/EEC (1 ) of 22 September 1966 on the establish appearing in the Annex to Regulation (EEC) No ment of a common organization of the markets in oils 2515/73 must therefore be amended ; and fats, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1707/73 (2 ); HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1 569/72 (3) of 20 July 1972 laying down special Article 1 measures for colza and rape seed, as last amended by The rate for converting guilders into units of account Regulation (EEC) No 1356/73 (4); appearing in note(l ) to the Annex to Regulation Having regard to Commission Regulation (EEC) No (EEC) No 2515/73 is replaced by the following : 2300/73 (5) of 23 August 1973 laying down detailed '1 u.a. - F1 3-35507' rules for applying differential amounts for colza and rape seed for repealing Regulation (EEC) No 1464/73 , Article 2 and in particular Article 9 (4) thereof ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 18 Having regard to the Opinion of the Monetary September 1973 . It shall apply from 17 September Committee ; 1973 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
