REGULATION (EEC) No 2647/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 28 September 1973 fixing the export refunds on molasses, syrups and certain other sugar products exported in the natural state

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : EEC, exported in the natural state, is hereby fixed as shown in the Annex to this Regulation .
Article 1 Article 2 The refund to be granted on the products listed in This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 October Article 1 ( 1 ) (c) and (d) of Regulation No 1009/67/ 1973 .
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
