REGULATION EEC No 3174/ 73 OF THE COMMISSION of 22 November 1973 fixing, for the 1973/74 marketing year, the minimum purchase price for oranges delivered to industry and the amount of financial compensation for those oranges after processing

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Fruit and Vegetables, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2601 /69 (*) of 18 December 1969 laying down special Article 1 measures to encourage the processing of certain varie­ ties of oranges, as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 .
