REGULATION (EEC) No 3451 /73 OF THE COMMISSION of 21 December 1973 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 133/73 as regards the period of validity of export licences for cereals

within the meaning of Article 8 ( 1 ) of Regulation Article 3 ( EEC) No 1373/70 .'
