REGULATION ( EEC) No 3564/ 73 OF THE COMMISSION of 21 December 1973 amending Commission Regulation ( EEC) No 2198 /69 of 30 October 1969 concerning the periods of grace referred to in Article 10 (2) and (3) of Council Regulation (EEC) No 803/68 on the valuation of goods for customs purposes
