HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Article 2

Article 1 The following is hereby added to Article 3 of Regula­ tion (EEC) No 1463/73 and to Article 4 of Regulation 1 . Regulation (EEC) No 3494/73 is hereby (EEC) No 2300/73 : amended as follows with effect from 28 January 1974 : '(c) for the French franc : the mean of the official 1 .
