REGULATION ( EEC ) No 465 /74 OF THE COMMISSION of 22 February 1974 fixing the rates of the refunds applicable from 1 March 1974 to certain milk pro­ ducts exported in the form of goods not covered by Annex II to the Treaty

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN ( a ) the average costs incurred by processing indus­ COMMUNITIES , tries in obtaining supplies of the basic products in question on the Community market and the prices ruling on the world markets ;
