Article5¶

The intervention agency shall, within 60 days following taking over of the relevant quantity by the WFP, pay to the WFP a standard-rate contribution of 80 US dollars per metric ton of skimmed-milk This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day powder delivered, to cover transport and distribution following its publication in the Official Journal of costs . the European Communities.

This Regulation shall bfe binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
