REGULATION ( EEC) No 671 / 74 OF THE COMMISSION of 26 March 1974 fixing the export refunds on fruit and vegetables

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the situation with regard to international COMMUNITIES, trade or the specific requirements of certain markets may make it necessary to vary the refund for a given product according to the destination of that product ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ;

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : rules for the application of export refunds on fruit and vegetables , as supplemented by Regulation ( EEC) No Article 1 316 /71 ( 2 ), shall apply to the sweet oranges , manda­ rins , unshelled walnuts and apples set out in the 1 . The export refunds on fruit and vegetables are Annex . hereby fixed at the amounts indicated in the Annex .

2. If apples are shipped to their destination via the Cape of Good Hope, the amount indicated in the Article 2 Annex shall be increased by 4 u.a./ lOO kg. 3 . The provisions of Article 2b of Commission This Regulation shall enter into force on 27 March Regulation (EEC) No 497/ 70 ( } ) of 17 March 1970 on 1974 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
