REGULATION ( EEC) No 707/ 74 OF THE COMMISSION of 28 March 1974 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1195/71 laying down detailed rules on aid for flax and hemp

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
