REGULATION ( EEC) No 716/74 OF THE COMMISSION of 29 March 1974 fixing the aid for skimmed milk and skimmed-milk powder for use as animal feed

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN whereas the application of these rules in the present COMMUNITIES, market situation means that the aids are fixed at the level stated below ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No ment Committee for Milk and Milk products, 804/68 (') of 27 June 1968 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in milk and milk products, as last HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : amended by Regulation (EEC) No 662/74 (2), and in particular Article 10(3) thereof ; Article 1

Whereas Article 2 a ( 1 ) of Council Regulation (EEC) The aids referred to in Article 10 of Regulation (EEC) No 986/68 (3), of 15 July 1968 laying down the No 804/68 shall be fixed as follows : general rules for the granting of aid for skimmed milk — 3-11 u.a./ 100 kg for skimmed milk, and skimmed-milk powder for use as animal feed, as — 33-50 u.a./ 100 kg for skimmed-milk powder. last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 666/74 (4), defines the criteria governing the fixing of these aids ; Article 2 whereas paragraph 3 of the above Article deals with a margin which must be adhered to when the level of This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 April aid is fixed for the 1974/75 milk year ; 1974 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
