REGULATION ( EEC) No 1026/ 74 OF THE COMMISSION of 29 April 1974 fixing the export refunds on fruit and vegetables
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the situation with regard to international COMMUNITIES , trade or the specific requirements of certain markets may make it necessary to vary the refund for a given product according to the destination of that product ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ;

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 3 . The provisions of Article 2b of Commission Regulation (EEC) No 497/70 (!) of 17 March 1970 on rules for the application of export refunds on fruit and Article 1 vegetables, as supplemented by Regulation (EEC) No 1 . The export refunds on fruit and vegetables are 316/71 (2), shall apply to the sweet oranges, unshelled hereby fixed at the amounts indicated in the Annex. walnuts and apples set out in the Annex. Article 2 2. If apples are shipped to their destination via the Cape of Good Hope, the amount indicated in the This Regulation shall enter into force on 30 April Annex shall be increased by 4 u.a./ 100 kg. 1974 .
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
