REGULATION ( EEC) No 1087/74 OF THE COMMISSION of 2 May 1974 amending Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1045/74 of 30 April 1974 fixing the amounts applicable as compensatory amounts for cereals and rice

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN whereas the amounts applicable as compensatory COMMUNITIES, amounts for cereals and rice have been fixed by Regu­ lation (EEC) No 1 045/74 (5), amended by Regulation Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European (EEC) No 1 065/74 (6) ; whereas a check has revealed Economic Community ; errors in Annex C to this Regulation ; whereas the Regulation in question must therefore be amended, Having regard to the Treaty (') concerning the Acces­ sion of new Member States to the European Economic Community and the European Atomic Energy HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Community, signed at Brussels 22 January 1972 ;

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Article 1 229/73 (2) of 31 January 1973 laying down general The amounts applicable as compensatory amounts rules for a system of compensatory amounts for shown in the Annexes to Regulation (EEC) No cereals and fixing these amounts for certain products, 1045/74 are amended as shown in the Annex to this as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1967/73 (3), and Regulation . in particular Article 7 thereof ; Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Article 2 243/73 (4) of 31 January 1973 laying down general rules for a system of compensatory amounts for rice This Regulation shall enter into force on 3 May 1974. and fixing these amounts for certain products, and in It shall apply in so far as any party concerned so particular Article 5 thereof ; requests, in respect of the period 1 and 2 May 1974.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
