REGULATION (EEC) No 1643/74 OF THE COMMISSION of 28 June 1974 fixing the import levies on white sugar and raw sugar
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN sugar was defined by Regulation (EEC) No 431 /68 COMMUNITIES, and that for white sugar by Regulation (EEC) No 793/72 (5 ) of 17 April 1972 ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; Whereas, when the most favourable purchasing oppor tunities on the world market are being established, the Having regard to Council Regulation No 1009/. Whereas the levy is altered only if the variation in the Article 1 elements used to calculate it would entail an increase or a reduction of not less than 010 unit of account The levies referred to in Article 14 ( 1 ) of Regulation per 100 kilogrammes in relation to the levy previously No 1009/67/EEC are, in respect of white sugar and fixed ; standard quality raw sugar, hereby fixed as shown in the Annex to this Regulation . Whereas, in accordance with Article 20 ( 1 ) of Regula tion No 1009/67/ EEC, the nomenclature provided for Article 2 in this Regulation is incorporated in the Common Customs Tariff ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1974.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
