REGULATION ( EEC) No 1812/74 OF THE COMMISSION of 11 July 1974 altering the special export levy on white sugar and raw sugar

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN (EEC) No 1791 /74 to the information at present avail­ COMMUNITIES , able to the Commission that the special export levy at present in force should be altered as shown in the Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Annex to this Regulation , Economic Community ; Having regard to Council Regulation No 1009/ 67/ EEC ( ! ) of 18 December 1967 on the common HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : organization of the market in sugar, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 602/74 (2); Article 1 Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 608/72 (3) of 23 March 1972 laying down rules to be The. special export levy on sugar provided for in the second subparagraph of Article 16 ( 1 ) of Regulation applied in cases of considerable price rises on the world sugar market, and in particular Article 1 (2) No 1009/67/ EEC fixed in the Annex to Regulation thereof ; ( EEC) No 1791 /74 is altered as shown in the Annex to this Regulation . Whereas the special export levy on white sugar and raw sugar was fixed by Regulation (EEC) No Article 2 1791 / 74 (4 ) ; Whereas it follows from applying the rules, criteria This Regulation shall enter into force on 12 July 1974 . and other provisions contained in the Regulation

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
