altering components used to calculate the differential amounts for colza and rape seed

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 1 569/72 (3) of 20 July 1972 laying down special measures for colza and rape seed, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3477/73 (4), and in particular Article 1 Article 3 thereof ; The Annex to amended Regulation (EEC) No 1757/74 Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No is replaced by the Annex to this Regulation . 2300/73 (5) of 23 August 1973, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 456/74 (6), laid down detailed Article 2 rules of application for Regulation (EEC) No 1569 /72 ; whereas the components used to calculate This Regulation shall enter into force on 22 July 1974 . the differential amounts were fixed by Regulation

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
