REGULATION ( EEC) No 1931 /74 OF THE COMMISSION of 24 July 1974 fixing the compensatory amounts for eggs
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the compensatory amounts for ovalbumin COMMUNITIES, and lactalbumin must be derived from the same compensatory amounts by means of the coefficients Having regard to the Treaty (') signed at Brussels on fixed by Commission Regulation (EEC) No 22 January 1972 on the accession of new Member 1 777/74 (8) of 9 July 1974 fixing the value of certain States to the European Economic Community and the items to be used in calculating the import duties and European Atomic Energy Community, as amended by sluice-gate prices for ovalbumin and lactalbumin ; the Decision of 1 January 1 973 (2) ; Whereas the calculation of the compensatory amounts Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No for trade with Denmark results in minimal amounts ; 237/73 (3) of 31 January 1973 laying down general whereas in implementation of Article 55 (4) of the Act rules for the system of compensatory amounts for of Accession there is no need to fix compensatory eggs, as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2880/73 (4), amounts for that country ; and in particular Article 9 (2) thereof ; Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation Whereas compensatory amounts for eggs were fixed are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage for the period until 31 July 1974 by Commission ment Committee for Poultrymeat and Eggs, Regulation (EEC) No 2053/73 (5) of 25 July 1973 ;
