REGULATION (EEC) No 2395/74 OF THE COMMISSION

of 19 September 1974

altering the monetary compensatory amounts

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN whereas the spot market rates recorded for the COMMUNITIES, pound sterling pursuant to Regulation (EEC) No 1463/73 during the period 11 to 17 September 1974 show that the difference has changed by more than Having regard to the Treaty establishing the one point from the percentage taken as a basis when European Economic Community; the monetary compensatory amounts were last fixed;
