REGULATION ( EEC) No 2451 / 74 OF THE COMMISSION of 30 September 1974 fixing the import levies on cereals and on wheat or rye flour groats and meal

Whereas it follows from applying the provisions This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 October contained in Regulation (EEC) No 2016/74 to the 1 974 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
