REGULATION (EEC) No 2515 /74 OF THE COMMISSION - of 3 October 1974 amending Regulation (EEC) No 320/73 for the fourth time as regards the list of representative markets for adult bovine animals

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Beef and Veal , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 805/68 (') of 27 June 1968 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in beef and veal , as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 855/74 (2), and in particular Article 1 Article 10 (6) thereof ; The list of representative markets for adult bovine Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 320 /73 (3 ) of 31 January 1973 on the determination of prices of animals set out in item H 1 of Annex II to Regulation calves and adult bovine animals on representative ( EEC) No 320/73 is amended by the addition of ' Leiden '. Community markets, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 646/74 (4), lays down the list of representa­ tive markets in each Member State for the various Article 2 qualities of calves and adult bovine animals and for the meat of those animals ; This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its Whereas following the closure of the Rotterdam publication in the Official Journal of the European market its business has been transferred to the Leiden Communites. market ; whereas, in order to improve the recording of prices for adult bovine animals in the Netherlands, It shall apply for the first time for the purpose of Leiden should be added to the list of representative calculating the levies applicable with effect from 7 markets for that country ; October 1974 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
