REGULATION (EEC) No 2522/74 OF THE COMMISSION of 4 October 1974 repealing Regulation (EEC) No 712/74 laying down detailed rules for applying die corrective amount for skimmed-milk powder for the 1974/75 milk year

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Regulation (EEC) No 1517/74 (4), has therefore COMMUNITIES, become superfluous and should be formally repealed;

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation European Economic Community; are in accordance with the Opinion of the Management Committee for Milk and Milk Products, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2496/74 (1) of 2 October 1974 amending the prices applicable in agriculture for the 1974/75 marketing year, and in particular Article 3 thereof; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Whereas Regulation (EEC) No 2496/74 abolished the Article 1 corrective amount provided for in Article 3 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 663/74 (2) of 28 March Regulation (EEC) No 712/74 is hereby repealed. 1974 fixing the target price for milk and the intervention prices for butter, skimmed-milk powder and Grana Padano and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese for the 1974/75 milk year; Article 2

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No This Regulation shall enter into force on 7 October 712/74 (8) of 29 March 1974, as amended by 1974.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
