fixing the components used to calculate the differential amounts for colza and rape seed
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN the currency of the relevant Member State and the COMMUNITIES, actual parity of each of the currencies of the Member States which keep their exchange rates at any given moment within a band of 2-25 % ; and Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; — the spot market rate recorded over a given period for the currency of the relevant Member State against each of the currencies of the Member Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/ States specified above ; 66/EEC (') of 22 September 1966 on the establish ment of a common organization of the market in oils and fats, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No Whereas Regulation (EEC) No 2300/73 (5 ), as last 1707/73 (2) ; amended by Commission Regulation (EEC) No 456/74 (6), lays down detailed rules for the application of Regulation (EEC) No 1569/72 ; Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1 569/72 (3) of 20 July 1972 laying down special measures for colza and rape seed, as last amended by Whereas with effect from the 7 October 1974 new Regulation (EEC) No 3477/73 (4), and in particular representative rates are applicable for the English and Article 2 (2) thereof ; Irish pounds ; whereas it is necessary to take this fact into account in fixing the components used to calcu late the differential amounts for colza and rape seed ; Whereas Article 2 ( 1 ) (a) of Regulation (EEC) No 1569/72 provides that the differential amounts for those Member States which keep their exchange rates Whereas, applying the rules and criteria set out above, at any given moment within a band of 2-25 % must the components used to calculate the differential be determined by taking into account the incidence amounts should be fixed in accordance with the Table on prices of the percentage difference between : annexed to this Regulation ;
— the conversion rate used for the purposes of the Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation common agricultural policy ; and are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage — the conversion rate resulting from the central rate ; ment Committee for Oils and Fats,
Whereas this leads to the fixing of differential amounts which remain constant as long as the items used to calculate them remain unchanged ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :
Whereas, applying the new method of calculating differential amounts to Denmark , no such amounts should be fixed for seeds harvested in that State and Article 1 processed in or exported from that State ;
The components used to calculate the differential Whereas under Article 2 ( 1 ) (b) of the aforementioned amounts provided for in Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) Regulation the differential amounts for France, Italy, No 1 569 /72 shall be as listed in the Annex . Ireland and the United Kingdom are to be deter mined by taking into account the incidence on the price of the average percentage difference between : Article 2 — the ratio between the conversion rate used for purposes of the common agricultural policy for This Regulation shall enter into force on 7 October 1 974 . This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
