REGULATION (EEC) No 2561/74 OF THE COMMISSION of 8 October 1974 repealing Community surveillance of imports of urea from Yugoslavia

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community;

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1439/74 (1) of 4 June 1974 on common rules for imports, and in particular Articles 7 and 8 thereof;

After consultation within the Advisory Committee provided for in Article 5 of the said Regulation;

Whereas by Regulation (EEC) No 1755/71 (2) of 10 August 1971 the Commission imposed Community surveillance on imports of urea from Yugoslavia;

Whereas, having regard to the trend of the market in urea, the interests of the Community no longer for the moment require the maintenance of Community surveillance on imports of this product;

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:

Article1¶

Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1755/71 of 10 August 1971 imposing Community surveillance on imports of urea from Yugoslavia is hereby repealed.

Article2¶

In column 3 of Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 1439/74 the reference to subheading 31.02 B is deleted.

Article3¶

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
