altering components used to calculate the differential amounts for colza and rape seed

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 1 569/72 (3) of 20 July 1972 laying down special measures for colza and rape seed , as last amended by Article 1 Regulation (EEC) No 3477/73 (4), and in particular Article 3 thereof ; The Annex to Regulation ( EEC) No 2540 / 74 is replaced by the Annex to this Regulation . Whereas Commission Regulation ( EEC) No 2300/73 (5) of 23 August 1973 , as last amended by Article 2 Regulation ( EEC) No 456/74 (6), laid down detailed rules of application for Regulation (EEC) No This Regulation shall enter into force on 14 October 1569 /72 ; whereas the components used to calculate 1974 .
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
