REGULATION ( EEC) No 2880/74 OF THE COMMISSION of 18 November 1974 amending Regulation (EEC) No 689/73 laying down certain detailed rules neces­ sary for the application of the subsidy provided for the refining of raw sugar produced in the French overseas departments
