REGULATION (EEC) No 3136/74 OF THE COMMISSION of 12 December 1974 fixing for the 1974/75 marketing year the minimum purchase price for oranges supplied for processing and the amount of financial compensation payable in respect of the processing of such oranges

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Fruit and Vegetables,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ;

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2601 /69 (!) of 18 December 1969 laying down special measures to encourage the processing of certain varie­ ties of oranges, as amended by Regulation (EEC) No Article 1 176/73 (2), and in particular Articles 2 (3) and 3 (2) thereof ; 1 . This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
