REGULATION (EEC) No 314/75 OF THE COMMISSION of 7 February 1975 on a standing invitation to tender to determine subsidies on the importation of white and raw sugar without authorization to export subsequently free of levy a corresponding quantity

Whereas Council Regulation (EEC) No 2931 /74 (7) of 18 November 1974 on the introduction of a subsidy on imports of white and raw sugar, as amended by HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Regulation (EEC) No 191 /75, makes provision for the grant of a subsidy on sugar imports and prescribes the procedure for such imports ; whereas that procedure Article 1 consists in an invitation to tender ;

1 . The obligations referred to in the second indent Article 11 of Article 11 ( 1 ) (b) shall be the following :

Article13¶
Article 16 1 .
