REGULATION (EEC) No 461/75 OF THE COUNCIL of 27 February 1975 fixing the commencement of the marketing year 1975/76 for beef and veal

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN to fix an earlier date for the commencement of the COMMUNITIES , marketing year 1975/76,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : European Economic Community ;

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) Sole Article No 805/68 (') of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in beef and veal, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1855/74 (2), and As regards beef and veal, the marketing year 1974/75 in particular Article 4 (2) thereof; shall end on 2 March 1975 and the marketing year 19*75 /76 shall begin on 3 March 1975 . Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ;

Article 2 Whereas, pursuant to Article 4 ( 1 ) of Council Regulation (EEC) No 805 /68 , the marketing year for beef and veal starts generally on the first Monday of This Regulation shall enter into force on the third April ; whereas, as a result of economic developments day following its publication in the Official Journal in the beef and veal sector, it has become necessary of the European Communities .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
