REGULATION (EEC ) No 466/ 75 OF THE COUNCIL of 27 February 1975 fixing the dates for the beginning and the end of the 1975/76 milk year

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN become necessary to bring forward the dates of the COMMUNITIES, 1975/76 milk year,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 804/68 (*) of 27 June 1968 on the common Article 1 organization of the market in milk and milk products, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 465/75 (2), The 1974/75 milk year shall end on 2 March 1975 ; and in particular Article 2 thereof; the 1975/76 milk year shall begin on 3 March 1975 and end on 31 January 1976. Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ;

Article 2 Whereas according to the first paragraph of Article 2 of Regulation (EEC) No 804/68, the milk year begins in principle on 1 April and ends on 31 March of the This Regulation shall enter into force on the third following year; whereas, as a result of developments day following its publication in the Official Journal in the economic situation in the milk sector, it has of the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
