REGULATION (EEC) No 469/75 OF THE COUNCIL of 27 February 1975 fixing the target price for milk and the intervention prices for butter, skimmed-milk powder and Grana Padano and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese for the 1975/76 milk year

Article2¶
In the case of buying-in operations carried out by the intervention bodies between 3 February and 2 March 1975 inclusive, these bodies shall pay to sellers, in addition to the buying-in price for 1974/75, an amount equal to the difference, expressed in the national currency, between this buying-in price and that for the beginning of the marketing year 1975/76 .
The compensatory amounts fixed in pursuance of Regulation (EEC) No 974/71 ('), shall not be affected by the foregoing paragraph.
Article3¶
This Regulation shall enter into force on 3 March 1975 .
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
