REGULATION ( EEC) No 540/75 OF THE COMMISSION of 28 February 1975 laying down additional measures to be taken in agriculture following the fixing, with effect from 3 March 1975 , of new representative rates for the currencies of certain Member States

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
