REGULATION (EEC) No 667/75 OF THE COUNCIL of 4 March 1975 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1127/74 fixing, for the 1974/1975 marketing year, the monthly price increases for cereals, wheat and rye flour and wheat groats and meal

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , of Council Regulation (EEC) No 1127/74 (3) of 29 April 1974 fixing, for the 1974/75 marketing Having regard to the Treaty establishing the year, the monthly price increases for cereals, wheat European Economic Community ; and rye flour and wheat groats and meal, as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1998/74 (4); whereas the Having regard to Council Regulation No 120/67/ same provisions should be applied to sorghum in EEC (*) of 13 June 1967 on the common organization accordance with Article 3 of the same Regulation, of the market in cereals, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 665/75 (2), and in particular Article 6 (2) thereof ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ;

Whereas it was decided in Regulation (EEC) No Sole Article 665/75 that as from 1 August 1975 the beginning of the marketing year for maize and sorghum would not be fixed at a different date from that for the The monthly increases provided for in Articles 2 other cereals ; whereas 31 July 1975 should be fixed and 3 of Regulation (EEC) No 1127/74 for maize as the time limit for the application of the monthly and sorghum shown under August and September increases to be applied to maize shown in Article 2 1975 are hereby deleted.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
