REGULATION (EEC) No 672/75 OF THE COUNCIL of 4 March 1975 fixing the amounts of aid granted for seeds for the 1975/76 marketing year

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , Regulation (EEC) No 2358/71 and which will be marketed during the 1975/76 marketing year do Having regard to the Treaty establishing the not ensure fair returns for the producer ; whereas European Economic Community, and in particular part of the production costs should be offset by aid ; Article 43 thereof ; Whereas Article 3 (2 ) of Regulation (EEC ) No Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC ) No 2358/71 provides that, when the aid is being fixed, 2358 /71 (1 ) of 26 October 1971 on the common account must be taken of, on the one hand, the need to ensure a balance between the volume of organization of the market in seeds, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 671 /75 ( 2), and in particular production required in the Community and the Article 3 (3 ) thereof ; possible outlets for that production and, on the other hand, the price of the products concerned on external markets , Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ;

Having regard to the Opinion of the European HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Parliament ;

Sole Article Having regard to the Opinion of the Economic and Social Committee ; For the 1975 /76 marketing year the amounts of the Whereas the market situation within the Community aid, granted for seeds, provided for in Article 3 of and the foreseeable market trends with regard to Regulation (EEC) No 2358 /71 shall be as shown in certain seeds which are listed in the Annex to the Annex hereto .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
