REGULATION (EEC) No 677/75 OF THE COUNCIL of 4 March 1975 laying down, in respect of hops, the amount of the aid to producers for the 1973 harvest

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , returns for previous harvests, the current position of the market and price trends ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Whereas the study of the results of the 1973 harvest European Economic Community, and in particular gives rise to the fixing of aid for certain varieties Article 43 thereof; of hops cultivated in the Community and the amount of such aid should be fixed according to variety, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1696/71 ( 1 ) of 26 July 1971 on the common organization of the market in hops, as amended HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : by the Act of Accession {-), and in particular Article 12 (5 ) thereof; Article 1 Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ; 1 . For the 1973 harvest aid shall be granted to the producers of hops cultivated in the Community Having regard to the Opinion of the European for the varieties referred to in the Annex. Parliament ; 2. The amount of the aid shall be that set out in Having regard to the Opinion of the Economic and the Annex. Social Committee ; Whereas Article 12 of Regulation (EEC) No 1696/71 Article 2 provides for the possibility of granting aid to hop producers to enable them to achieve a fair income; whereas the amount of this aid is fixed per hectare This Regulation shall enter into force on the third and differs according to variety, taking into account day following its publication in the Official Journal the average return in comparison with the average of the European Communities.
