altering the export levies on starch products

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN prices of maize, common wheat and broken rice that COMMUNITIES, the levies at present in force should be altered as shown in the Annex to this Regulation , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ;

Having regard to Council Regulation No 120 / HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : S7/EEC (*) of 13 June 1967 on the common organiza­ ion of the market in cereals, as last amended by Regu­ Article 1 ation (EEC) No 85/75 (2) ;

having regard to Council Regulation No 359/ The export levies provided for in Article 7 (2) of Regu­ >7/EEC (3) of 25 July 1967 on the common organiza­ lation (EEC) No 1132/74 fixed in the Annex to :ion of the market in rice, as last amended by Regula­ amended Regulation (EEC) No 502/75 are altered as :ion (EEC) No 476/75 (4 ) ; shown in the table annexed to this Regulation for the products listed therein . Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 11 32/74 (5) of 29 April 1974 on production refunds in he cereals and rice sectors, as amended by Regulation Article 2 EEC) No 251 8/74 (6), and in particular Article 7(2) hereof ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 15 March 1975 . Whereas the export levies on starch products were ixed by Regulation (EEC) No 502/75 (7), as amended It shall apply from 15 March 1975 for starch products >y Regulation (EEC) No 596/75 (8) ; derived from maize, from 17 March 1975 for starch Whereas it follows from applying the provisions products derived from soft wheat, and from 1 8 March .ontained in Regulation (EEC) No 502/75 to the 1975 for starch products derived from broken rice .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
