altering the export levies on starch products

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN prices of maize, common wheat and broken rice that COMMUNITIES, the levies at present in force should be altered as shown in the Annex to this Regulation , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ;

Whereas the export levies on starch products were fixed by Regulation (EEC) No 502/75 (7), as last It shall apply from 29 March 1975 for starch products amended by Regulation (EEC) No 744/75 (8) ; derived from maize, from 31 March 1975 for starch Whereas it follows from applying the provisions products derived from soft wheat, and from 1 April contained in Regulation (EEC) No 502/75 to the 1975 for starch products derived from broken rice .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
