HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 804/68 (6) of 27 June .1968 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in milk and milk products, as last Article 1 amended by Regulation (EEC) No 740/75 (7) ;

Whereas the special export levy on certain syrups and other sugars and the export charge on the sugar contained in products processed from fruit and vegeta­ bles and from milk have been fixed by Commission Article 2 Regulations :

Article 3 Article 4 The amount '20 units of account' in Article 1 (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 3165/74 is replaced by ' 15 units of account'. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 May 1975.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
